Daniel in the lion's den

Daniel was a faithful servant of God who lived during the time when the people of Israel were taken into captivity in Babylon.

Even though he lived in a foreign land, Daniel remained loyal to God and followed His laws.

Daniel was known for his wisdom and honesty. God gave Daniel the special ability to understand dreams and visions.

One of the most famous stories about Daniel is the story of the lion’s den.

When a law was made that people could pray only to the king, Daniel continued to pray to God as he always had. Because of this, he was thrown into a den of lions.

But God protected him, and the lions did not harm him.

When the king saw that Daniel was saved, he understood that Daniel’s God was the true God. Daniel’s faith became a powerful witness to everyone around him.

Daniel’s story teaches faith, courage, and loyalty to God. It shows that God protects those who remain faithful, even when they face great danger.
