Jesus Blesses the Children

Jesus welcomes and blesses the children

People brought their children to Jesus so He could bless them. They wanted Jesus to touch the children and pray for them.

The children were small, and they stayed close to their parents.

The disciples saw this and tried to stop the people. They thought Jesus was too busy and that children should not bother Him.

But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me.”

Jesus welcomed the children. He took them in His arms and blessed them.

Jesus showed that children are precious to God and that God loves them very much.
