Moses is a story about courage, leadership, and obedience to God.
Moses was chosen by God to lead the people of Israel out of slavery in Egypt.
At that time, the Israelites were forced to work very hard, and their lives were full of suffering.
Moses was born at a dangerous time, when Pharaoh ordered that all Hebrew baby boys be killed.
His mother hid him in a basket and placed it in the river. He was found and adopted by Pharaoh’s daughter and grew up in the royal palace.
Many years later, God spoke to Moses from a burning bush and told him to return to Egypt.
God chose Moses to free His people. Moses was afraid and felt weak, but God promised to be with him.
Moses went to Pharaoh and asked him to let the Israelites go.
After many signs and plagues, Pharaoh finally agreed.
Moses then led the people out of Egypt. God parted the Red Sea so they could cross safely, and later closed it behind them.
In the desert, God gave Moses the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai.
These laws taught the people how to live, obey God, and treat others rightly.
Moses led the Israelites for many years through the wilderness.
Although he did not enter the Promised Land, he remained faithful to God until the end of his life.
Moses’ story teaches courage, obedience, leadership, and trust in God.
